<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC card charging power sufficient for driving an additional function in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In the noncontact IC card 10 for transfering data between an IC 12 for card and a noncontact reader writer 30 by radio communication a charging antenna 17 for charging power for displaying data on a display section 16 is disposed as well as an antenna 11 for communication between the IC 12 for card and noncontact reader writer 30.
