<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and stably control the output voltage of an accelerator power supply using an induction voltage regulator. <P>SOLUTION: A control circuit 30b for an accelerator power supply device using an induction voltage regulator 10 comprises a first comparator 32 for comparing a DC voltage value with a first reference voltage value having a predetermined difference from a set point, a control pulse generation circuit 34 for outputting an ON control pulse to the induction voltage regulator 10 according to the output of the first comparator 32 until the DC voltage value becomes closer to the set point than the first reference voltage value, a second comparator 36 with a gate controlled according to the output of the first comparator 32 for comparing the DC voltage value with a second reference voltage value closer to the set point than the first reference voltage value, and a short pulse generation circuit 38 for outputting a short pulse depending on the output of the second comparator 36 to the induction voltage regulator 10 when the DC voltage value is closer to the set point than the first reference voltage value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
