PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor installation cabinet for containing an electric electronic apparatus in which internal temperature rise can be suppressed even at daytime of midsummer while ensuring excellent heat insulation effect and good appearance. SOLUTION: A cooling apparatus 3 is arranged between the cabinet enclosure 1 and a light blocking plate 16 provided on the outer surface thereof. The cooling apparatus 3 may be a heat exchanger or an electronic cooler. Internal temperature rise in the cabinet enclosure 1 is suppressed efficiently by the light blocking plate 16 and the cooling apparatus while improving the appearance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
