PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent plastic base for a Pachinko game machine which can be machined with an NC machining (multiple-spindle drilling) and router machining (trimming) individually while it is attached with a composite sheet, can be prevented from whiting, cracking or the like when brass nails are driven and excels in holding force of the nails and cutting workability. SOLUTION: The composite sheet for a Pachinko machine has a surface protective film which consists of an adhesive layer and polyethylene resin on at least one side of a transparent methacrylic resin sheet containing multilayer particles made of acrylic rubber through the adhesive layer containing acrylic ester copolymer.
