PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, a communication apparatus and a communication method to communicate efficiently in regard to the communication system, the communication apparatus and the communication method by which a master station and a secondary station communicate by a polling system. SOLUTION: In the communication system (1) including a master-station-side communication apparatus (11) to transmit a communication request and a secondary-station-side communication apparatus (12) to transmit an information to the master-station-side communication apparatus (11) according to the request from the master-station-side communication apparatus (11), the master-station-side communication apparatus (11) transmits the communication request including an identification information to identify an apparatus to permit a communication and a time information to permit the communication to all of the secondary-station-side communication apparatuses (12), and the secondary-station-side communication apparatus (12) transmits the information to the master-station-side communication apparatus (11) according to the communication request from the master-station-side communication apparatus (11).
