PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing unit that reduces waiting time imposed on an operator and can improve operational feeling and productivity. SOLUTION: In remote print, the read operation of an image is performed first. By the operation of the operator after completion of the read operation, the following processing can be started only after vectorization processing of a required job is completed entirely even if, for example, only a partial image becomes necessary for continuation of processing. Therefore, the order of vectorization processing is changed as required according to the UI operation of a user, and operation is performed so that vectorizing a page that may be necessary is in progress or already completed when the operator completes the UI operation to fix an operation instruction.
