The device has a compressor that generates pneumatic conveyance of blasting shot from a storage tank for dry shot blast conditioning a brick facade by using a compressed air jet with a granulate e.g. glass granulate. The granulate is comprised of particles with mohs hardness of 2 to 8 for removing stains in the facade. The stains are formed on a visible outer surface of bricks and/or the facade due to blooming, lime elutriation, graying or gypsum formation. A mixture of an abrasive material e.g. corundum and silicium carbide, and a glass-or aluminum silicate granulate is used as the granulate.
