PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven valve capable of reducing a rasping noise caused by cavitation as much as possible. SOLUTION: This motor-driven valve is constituted to set a hole diameter of a short cylindrical part (narrowest part) 22b to 1.0-2.4 mm in a valve port orifice 22D, and to set a length from an upstream end of the short cylindrical part (narrowest part) 22b to a downstream end of the valve port orifice 22D to 2.1 mm or less, and is constituted with a conical face part having 16-72° of apex angle ranging over from a downstream end of the short cylindrical part (narrowest part) 22b to the downstream end of the valve port orifice 22D.
