An apparatus for preparing hot beverages includes a water reservoir, a boiler arranged under the reservoir and connected to the inside of the reservoir by a first conduit, a water heating resistance arranged in the boiler, an infusion chamber with a cover and a filtering element for a definite quantity of product subjected to infusion. In one alternative, the apparatus is used for preparing a single dose of beverage through pressure infusing, or in another alternative, for the preparation of a beverage in multiple doses using a filter and by percolating through a filter. The apparatus includes an accessory for containing a quantity of product for a single dose, housed within the infusion chamber in place of the filter. The upper opening of the accessory could be closed by the lower surface of the cover when it closes the infusion chamber. An electrical power supply is also included. |
