PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle trouble contact device allowing an occupant to accurately recognize a trouble occurring in electrical components mounted in a vehicle and a vehicle control device, and a countermeasure method therefor, and provide a navigation device including the vehicle trouble contact device.SOLUTION: A vehicle trouble contact device includes: an importance determination section 11 which determines importance of a trouble detected by a trouble detection section 2; a device/component data providing section 12 which provides data on an electrical component in which the trouble detected by the trouble detection section 2 has occurred or the like; and a contact processing section 13 which shows detailed information on the electrical component in which the trouble has occurred on the basis of data of the electrical component provided from the device/component data providing section 12 and a nearest facility where the electrical component in which the trouble has occurred can be purchased or repaired, which is searched for by a navigation device 3, to an occupant, shows that a vehicle should not be traveled to the occupant when importance of the trouble determined by the importance determination section 11 is importance that the vehicle should not be traveled, and shows a nearest space enabling parking searched for by the navigation device 3 to the occupant when the trouble occurs during traveling of the vehicle. |
