PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device configured to prevent co-rotation to ensure stable quality of an output image even when an elastic intermediate transfer belt having a large friction coefficient is used, while preventing delay of printing time.SOLUTION: When co-rotation is detected, yellow toner is transferred for lubrication to an intermediate transfer belt (S5), to terminate imaging of lubrication toner (S6). After imaging a normal output image (S7, S8), the yellow lubrication toner is transferred to the intermediate transfer belt (S9). When surplus toner remaining during secondary transfer is completely collected after high-pressure application is started on a fur brush (S10, S11), the lubrication toner exists on the intermediate transfer belt, thereby stopping the high-pressure application on the fur brush (S12). The lubrication toner is left on the whole surface of the intermediate transfer belt, thereby maintaining a previous imaging condition for a second predetermined time (S13). |
