What is disclosed is a WC seat articulation for fastening a WC seat assembly to a ceramic body, with a pivot axis for the WC seat assembly, and with an adapter in which a receptacle for a hinge pin is formed, wherein, in order to couple the adapter with the hinge pin, a coupling element is provided which can be adjusted by means of a pivoting movement of the WC seat assembly from a securing position into a release position, and which is coupled with the hinge pin in the securing position and is uncoupled from the hinge pin in the release position. What is further disclosed is a WC seat assembly having at least one such WC seat articulation. |
