PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current lead which can reduce the thermal intrusion through the current lead and has high reliability and stable characteristics.SOLUTION: A current lead includes: a low temperature-side electrode; a normal temperature-side electrode; a thermoelectric element; and a reinforcement cylinder which is fixed to an element unit including the electrodes and the element and surrounds the periphery of a junction part including a low temperature-side junction part between the thermoelectric element and the low temperature-side electrode and a normal temperature-side junction part between the thermoelectric element and the normal temperature-side electrode. The element unit includes: an auxiliary electrode which is arranged on the low temperature side of the low temperature-side electrode or on the normal temperature side of the normal temperature-side electrode; and a flexible conductor which connects the auxiliary electrode and the low temperature-side electrode or the normal temperature-side electrode. The flexible conductor is caulked to be connected to the auxiliary electrode and the low temperature-side electrode or the normal temperature-side electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
