PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a nonaqueous electrolyte solution high in withstand voltage; and a power storage device including such a nonaqueous electrolyte solution.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte solution comprising: an organic solvent; a lithium salt dissolved in the organic solvent; and a metal salt dissolved in the organic solvent and including a metal cation of divalent or a larger ion valence is prepared. Further, a power storage device comprising the nonaqueous electrolyte solution is manufactured. It is preferable that the metal salt is a magnesium salt, and the metal cation is a magnesium ion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
