PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding device of a sewing machine which is attached to the sewing machines to prevent hitch stitches and carries out a curve stitch of perfect stitch.SOLUTION: A guiding device of a sewing machine 20 has a holding member 22 holding a sewed object M and a guide body 51 attached to a sewing machine head part 6 and the holding member 22 has a guide pin 41 nealy at the center of an arc of a curve stich and a detected member 43 near the arc. The guide body 51 has an actuator 61, an engagement device 70 installed on the actuator 61, and detecting means 60 detecting the detected member 43. The guiding device of the sewing machine 20 engages the engagement device 70 with the guide pin 41 by driving the actuator 61 on the basis of the detecting signal by the detecting means 60 and converts the linear motion of the holding member 22 fed by feeding means 15 of the sewing machine 1 to the rotational motion. |
