PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element capable of suppressing migration of Ag in a layer containing Ag, a light-emitting element unit having the same, and a light-emitting element package covering the light-emitting unit with a resin package.SOLUTION: A light-emitting element 1 comprises: an n-type nitride semiconductor layer 3; a luminescent layer 4 laminated on the n-type nitride semiconductor layer 3; a p-type nitride semiconductor layer 5 laminated on the luminescent layer 4; an n-type electrode 35 connected to the n-type nitride semiconductor layer 3; and a p-type electrode 40 connected to the p-type nitride semiconductor layer 5. The p-type electrode 40 has a first metal film 7 containing Ag; and a second metal film 42 contacting with a whole surface (a whole area of a surface 7A) at a side opposing to the p-type nitride semiconductor layer 5 of the first metal film 7, and containing Al. |
