PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module manufacturing apparatus that can avoid deformation of a diaphragm sheet and perform laminate processing on solar battery modules having different sizes by proper pressure.SOLUTION: A solar battery module manufacturing apparatus includes an upper chamber 20, a lower chamber 30 having a heating and cooling mechanism 15, and diaphragm sheets 13. A space formed by the diaphragm sheets 13 and the upper and lower chambers 20 and 30 are divided into small chambers 20A, 20B, 20C comprising plural closed spaces. The small chambers 20A, 20B, 20C respectively include control valves 11a, 11b, 11c, 12a, 12b and 12c for exhaust and intake. The displacements of the diaphragm sheets 13 in the small chambers 20A, 20B, 20C can be controlled independently of one another. A laminate 100S of a resin sheet and a solar battery cell which is mounted in the lower chamber 30 is heated and pressurized in the space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
