PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a paper-like catalyst structure using inorganic fibers, the paper-like catalyst structure for hydrogen production having excellent reforming performance while maintaining strength and safety property thereof.SOLUTION: A layered double hydroxide including nickel, magnesium and aluminum is heat-treated at 900-1200°C to obtain a composite metal oxide. A slurry including the composite metal oxide, inorganic fibers and an inorganic binder is formed into a sheet-like compact by a wet type paper-making method. The sheet-like compact is sintered at 500-850°C to form a sheet-like porous compact, and thereafter, the sheet-like porous compact is subjected to heat reduction at 700-850°C, so that a paper-like catalyst structure for hydrogen production is manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
