PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of implementing visual effects similar to film noise giving a natural impression to an observer while using minimum image data, an image processing method and image processing program.SOLUTION: A Flash memory 238 stores at least scratch image data reproducing noise caused by a scratch which is generated when a film is moved during film photographing, and noise image data reproducing noise caused by dust which is generated on a film development stage in film photographing. A segmentation position calculation section 2202c calculates segmentation positions of the scratch image data and the noise image data, respectively. A combination section 2202d partially segments the scratch image data and the noise image data in accordance with the segmentation positions calculated by the segmentation position calculation section 2202c and combines the segmented scratch image data and noise image data with image data subjected to combination. |
