Disclosed is a wearable device applicable to remote rescue. The wearable device comprises: a monitoring module, connected to a control module, and monitoring a body posture of a wearer and sending a monitored body posture parameter to the control module; the control module, receiving the body posture parameter, generating a control signal when it is determined that an accident occurs on the wearer, and sending the control signal to a triggering module; and the triggering module, connected to the control module, and sending the control signal to a user terminal, and controlling a user terminal to send a remote rescue request to a network hospital platform. Also disclosed are a user terminal and a monitoring parameter-based remote rescue method. A body posture of a user is monitored by means of the wearable device; when an accident occurs, a user terminal is connected to a network hospital platform, so that a corresponding rescue measure is matched for a wounded person, so as to provide rescue guidance to the wounded person; and timely emergency rescue can be provided to a patient on whom an accident occurs, thereby avoiding serious consequences caused by the delay of rescue. |
