Abstract A polymeric matrix adhesive comprising a prepolymer urethane, a silane added to the prepolymer urethane, the silane reacts with the urethane to at least partially end-cap the urethane to produce a silane end-capped urethane, an aliphatic quencher, a reinforcing extender; and a thixotropic agent, wherein the polymeric matrix adhesive is waterproof. |
