TITLE: MOTOR BRUSH CARRIER ASSEMBLY WHICH FACILITATES THE REPLACEMENT OF ELECTRIC BRUSHES Abstract A motor brush carrier assembly which facilitates the replacement of electric brushes, comprising a motor cover and a brush carrier, the brush carrier comprising a brush carrier plate and a plurality of electric brushes, the brush carrier plate of the brush carrier being fixed within the motor cover; a plurality of windows is formed on a side wall of a circumference of the motor cover, the number of windows being the same as that of electric brushes, each window being correspondingly located on an outer side of one electric brush; the windows comprise outer windows on the outer side and inner windows on the inner side, the opening of the outer windows being larger than that of the inner windows; and a detachable cover plate is provided inside each of the outer windows; the cover plate is fixed to the motor cover by fasteners; and process holes fitted with the fasteners are formed on the motor cover, the process holes are on the motor cover at a position corresponding to the outer side of the inner windows, and the process holes are on the motor cover at a position corresponding to the inner side of the outer window. ------ -- --- --- --- ----- -- |
