A motor brush holder assembly reliable in connection, characterized in that a motor end cover consists of a disk-shaped upper end plate and a barrel; a number of bosses are provided on an inner surface of a shaft hole; a step structure with the upper end face of the boss, is formed at an inner edge of the boss; and pressers, configured to clamp a motor brush holder plate onto the step surface, are respectively provided on the upper end faces of the bosses; adjusting through holes corresponding to the bosses, and an adjustable fastener, which passes through the adjusting through hole to fix the presser on the boss, is provided inside each adjusting through hole; and an adjusting window, which is formed with a channel extending into the motor to adjust the motor brush holder plate, is formed on the barrel; there are four bosses evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the upper end plate. |
