PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable appropriate masking processing on a necessary object in video data, and improve a privacy protection function.SOLUTION: A video input unit 151 inputs case video data of a processing object. A face detection unit 156 detects a face region of a person included in an image in the video data. An object management unit 154 registers the face region as a masking object region. An operation input unit 159 inputs a user instruction on the face region. The object management unit 154 removes a region designated by the user instruction from the masking object to register the designated region as a region out of the masking object. An image processing unit 153 performs masking processing on the masking object region. A video output unit 162 outputs video data on which image processing including the masking processing has been performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
