PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel epoxy resin curing agent which has high flame retardancy, high heat resistance and high flow property, and a composition and a cured product using the same.SOLUTION: An epoxy resin curing agent is composed of a mixed product, which is obtained by mixing a phenolic compound having a hydroxyl equivalent of 50-250 g/eq and a 150°C melt viscosity of 50-500 mPa s and having two or more phenolic hydroxyls in one molecule, a bismaleimide compound represented by general formula (1), and a dihydroxynaphthalene compound represented by general formula (3) at a weight ratio of the bismaleimide compound to the phenolic compound of 0.5-5.0 and a weight ratio of the dihydroxynaphthalene compound to the phenolic compound of 0.1-1.0 and in a temperature range of 100-200°C. The mixed product has a 150°C melt viscosity of 50-500 mPa s and a hydroxyl equivalent of 250-400 g/eq. |
