PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a nurse cart with a tray for a laptop computer to put medical appliances/medical supplies/medicaments or the like in a bat by rotating the tray when the tray is not in use. SOLUTION: The nurse cart 1 holds the laptop computer 15 loaded on the tray 5 for a personal computer, a bar code scanner 16 locked in a locking part 9, and the medical appliances necessary for checkups such as a thermometer M1, a sphygmomanometer M2, or the like in the bat 10 when a nurse goes for checking over patients. When he/she visits patients' rooms in order and reads bar codes on the beds for hospitalized patients by a bar code scanner 16, the hospitalized patient is specified and the patient's file is retrieved on the display of the laptop computer 15. The nurse takes the temperature and the blood pressure and inputs the results in the file. If the tray 5 for personal computer is rotated downward, the part above the bat 10 opens widely, and the bat 10 can carry gauze/bandages/disinfectants or the like and can be used to change the gauze or bandages, to replace chemicals for a drip infusion, or the like.
