PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the operating force when the operation of a manually-operated handle reaches a limit position. SOLUTION: An operation input shaft 10 is rotated integrally with the manually-operated handle 11 of a movable device of a bed. A damper 15 is placed between the manually-operated handle 11 and the operation input shaft 10 for idling the manually-operated handle 11 with respect to the operation input shaft 10 when a movable frame 4 is moved to the predetermined limit position and the manually-operated handle 11 is operated in further rotating direction of the operation input shaft 10 in a non operable state. The damper 15 consists of a viscous fluid or a viscous and elastic body 18 filling a predetermined gap between a bushing 16 provided at the handle body 12 and fitting the operation input shaft 10 thereinto and a bushing fitting hole 17 provided at the handle body 12 and fitting the bushing 16 thereinto.
