PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety warmer with a simple structure capable of warming and heating a milk preparing pot and a feeding bottle with a heating element. SOLUTION: The warmer 10 warms the feeding bottle 31 and the milk preparing pot at a milk preparing temperature. The warmer 10 has a heating means therein, and has a bottom wall portion 12, a body 11 surrounding the same and having a vertical first length, and a cylindrical cover 20 opened at one side end thereof, having a bottom face 22 at the other side end, and having a second length longer than the first length. The cylindrical cover 20 can store the body 11 with the bottom wall portion 12 of the body 11 up and provided with a positioning hole 23 for positioning the position of the feeding bottle 31 at its bottom face.
