PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a pile head by crush it to pieces small enough to be easily carried out in a short period of time, in a tranquil state, without making the treatment of the pile head of the cast-in-place pile bring about a noise and dust. SOLUTION: After the placing of concrete, a groove forming implement 1 is pushed into the pile head before the concrete is hardened. The groove 4 is formed by pulling up the implement 4 after the concrete is solidified to a certain degree; a plate jack 6 is installed in the groove 4, so that a bottom of the groove 4 can be cracked 41; and an extra-fill section is split into a shape which is divided by the groove 4, and removed by a crane, so that the pile head section, from which the extra-fill section is removed, can be formed.
