PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method by total synthesis of a cyclic peptide compound.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a cyclic peptide compound having a specific structure, a solid phase resin consisting of Wang resin or trityl resin is used. In a solvent, the solid phase resin and one group are bonded, the non-bonded groups are each independently reacted with an acid for t-butyl (t-Bu) group, t-butyldimethylsilyl (TBS) group, t-butyloxycarbonyl (Boc) group, trityl (Tr) group and the like as deprotection. |
