PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a drain chamber of a motor casing by using the smallest number of part items. SOLUTION: An upper drain hole 21d that communicates with the inside of a motor is formed at the upper wall 21a of the drain chamber 22 formed at the lower part of the motor casing 21, a lower drain hole 21e that communicates with the outside of the motor is formed at the lower wall of the drain chamber 22, and a labyrinth 23 formed of partition walls 21f, 21g is formed in the drain chamber 22, whereby water can effectively be prevented from flowing back into the motor from the lower drain hole 21e, while exhibiting a drain function for discharging the water in the motor to the outside. Furthermore, since the drain chamber 22 is opened toward an engine E side and a transmission T side, the opening of the drain chamber 22 is blocked by sandwiching the casing 21 between the engine E and the transmission T, while easily processing the drain chamber 22 and the casing 21 having the labyrinth 23 in the drain chamber.
