PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionizer capable of preventing decrease in the corona discharge current or damage on a heating apparatus, and preventing degradation of the neutralization performance.SOLUTION: In order to prevent precipitation of impurities on an ionizer electrode 4 by thermophoretic force, a heating apparatus has a heating section provided around the ionizer electrode 4 via a space, in an ionizer having the heating apparatus for heating the ionizer electrode 4. The heating section has a conductor 5, which is connected with a high frequency power supply 3 and wound around the ionizer electrode 4 via a space. |
