PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for a mushroom cultivation bottle making whole shapes of mushrooms uniform and preventing damage on the mushrooms so as to dramatically improve the quality of the mushroom, and enabling extremely easy and efficient performance of harvesting work. SOLUTION: The cap for mushroom cultivation bottle 10 is attachable/detachable to/from the neck part 22 of a wide-mouth bottle 12 charged with culture medium 26, and provided with the following: a ring-state fitting part 16 fitted to the opening 14 of the wide-mouth bottle; and a descending top panel 18 extending to the inside lower part than the fitting part 16 and forming a narrow-mouth opening 24 the tip end of which is adjacent to the upper surface of the culture medium 26.
