PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording method of information data capable of preventing information data from being illegally copied from a multilayered disk to a single-layered disk. SOLUTION: A series of information data is divided into data blocks for each prescribed data capacity. the respective data blocks are distributed to recording layers different from one another of a recording medium to be recorded, and a jump command for designating the next read destination is recorded in at least one of the data blocks.
