PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium with which an interlayer crosstalk is small and high quality recording characteristics are stably obtained.

SOLUTION: An intermediate layer (104: an adhesive layer or photopolymer uniformly adjusted in thickness) managed in thickness fluctuation to a prescribed value or below (the intermediate thickness fluctuation while going round the disk in an arbitrary radius position is 2 μmp-p or ≤±1 μm) is provided between a first recording section (L0) and a second recording section (L1).
