<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a cap, which allows a content liquid to be delivered smoothly from a nozzle, and facilitates refilling the container with the liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The container is provided with a delivery cap 3 which is fitted on the mouth-to-neck portion 2a of a container body 2 and delivers the liquid from the container body 2. The deliver cap 3 includes a nozzle 5 rising upward from the interior of the mouth-to-neck portion 2a, an annular bottom wall 6 widening from the base end of the nozzle 5 to the peripheral area, annular peripheral walls 7 and 8 rising upward from the periphery of the bottom wall 6 in separation from the nozzle 5 across a space R between the peripheral walls 7 and 8 and the nozzle 5, and a return inlet 10 that returns the liquid flowing down toward the bottom wall 6 to the container body 2. The nozzle 5 has a base end side opening 5a which has a shape having a diameter larger than that of a front end side opening 5b, and is provided to be biased from the center of the front end side opening 5b to the side of tilt of the container body 2.
