<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk-top lighting fixture capable of adjusting a light volume in a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A movable member 69 for changing directions in block of blades 51, 56 of a first and a second movable louvers 50, 55 are incorporated in an lower cover 46 of a first shade 15, in the vicinity of the end part (an end part opposite to a direction of a base end 15A) of a first opening 42.
