LIGHT EMITTER AND LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitter of low cost needing no power source and capable of effectively emitting light.

SOLUTION: The light emitter is provided with a first layer made of an inorganic EL material capable of emitting light under an induction field, a second layer laminated on the first layer consisting of a dielectric material capable of transmitting a light-emission output of the inorganic EL material, a third layer laminated on the second layer consisting of a conductive material capable of transmitting a light-emission output of the inorganic EL material, an extended part consisting of a conductive material extended from the third layer in a direction opposite to the second layer. It takes on a shape capable of winding around an object with the first layer as a side facing the object under the induction field.
