PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate management work by a user by unifying a rule for sorting a received electronic message into a folder on a transmission side and a reception side. SOLUTION: A transmission terminal creates a plurality of folders, and creates a template used in time of message creation in each the folder. The transmission terminal creates the sorting rule for creating the sorting rule for sorting the received message into one of the folders by use of a keyword extracted from the created template. The transmission terminal transmits folder information wherein the folder, the template, and the sorting rule are associated to another device.
