PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security terminal issuing surely important notification, suppressing useless notification, and reducing complexity of processing and a communication cost by limiting the issue of the useless notification. SOLUTION: This security terminal for notifying a security condition of a facility to be secured via an electric communication line or the like, is provided with a notification means for notifying a purport that a detecting means such as a sensor detects abnormality based on a predetermined notification issuing condition such as interval, frequency and the maximum limit of the notification, and notification means issues the notification based on the notification issuing condition, when the detecting means detects the abnormality.
