PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method for growing the seedlings of a plant belonging to the genus Vaccininum by using a micro-propagation technic. SOLUTION: The multibud forms are obtained by implanting the pieces of stem top point tissue of a plant belonging to the genus Vaccininum on a medium added with a plant growth-adjusting substance, and tissue-culturing under a hermetically closed condition. The proliferation and healthy seedling-formation of the obtained multibud forms are performed while controlling the ventilation of a container from the hermetically closed state to an opened up state. From the healthy seed-formed multibud shoots, definite length ears for transplanting are collected, and by transplanting them on cell trays, the rooting is induced under a culturing chamber environment. The rooted seedling trees are acclimatized completely to an outside air environment. Here, basically, in the later stage of proliferation of the multibud forms, the environment for the healthy seedling formation is transferred to the open up environment under an aseptic or a sterilized condition for performing the healthy seedling formation. Thereby, the efficient way up to a rooting induction process and the growth of the healthy seedlings are aimed at so as to make the transfer to the rooting and acclimatization processes easy.
