<p>Pig stable installation and in particular the breeding stall (1) thereof, comprising means (8,9) for supplying air near the snout of the brood sow and for holding the piglets at temperature, which are supported by at least one floor (2), extending along the lying place of the sow. The lying place of the sow is formed by a floor plate (4) below which an air duct (5) is present which is formed by said floor plate (4) and extends it self in longitudinal direction of this. The air, transported through said air duct (5), can have a temperature below 18 °C. Near the head of the sow said floor plate (4) can be provided with means (7) for draining air outwardly. Near the place where the piglets mainly will be present, the temperature of the environment generally speaking will be higher than 30 °C.</p> |
