PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle can and a bottle can with a cap, capable of making its opening clearly recognized. SOLUTION: The bottle can 1 with a cap includes: a bottle can 30 with a neck part 13 extending upwards and a mouthpiece part 14 extending upwards while being connected to the uppermost end of the neck part 13; a top surface section 41, a lateral wall section 42 which approximately vertically hangs down from the periphery edge of the top surface section 41, and a pilfer-proof section 47 formed downwards the lateral wall sections 42; and a cap 40 covering the mouthpiece part 14 of the bottle can 30. The neck part 13 is provided with a ring-like member 20 having a swollen section 21 swelling outward in the direction of its diameter, while the ring-like member 20 is characteristically so constituted as to be kept placed neighboring to the lowest end of the mouthpiece section 14 and its swollen section 21 being wound fast around the pilfer-proof section 47 of the cap 40, as the ring-like member 20 makes a shift downwards upon uncapping the cap 40.
