<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide test equipment and test method for obtaining measured data that allow a sensor unit (1) to recognize error for calibration of analysis unit connected with the sensor unit by using sensor-related data allocation, for example, cable, stored data, that is, data allocation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this test equipment, a sensor identifier (6) which is polled by the analysis unit and is allocated with sensor property data on its storage unit (5) is located in or above the sensor unit (1), and a data carrier (7) storing the second sensor property data which is read by the analysis unit and compared with the first sensor property data set of the storage unit (5) is also located in or above the sensor unit (1). When the first sensor property data set is coincident with the second one, measured signal is converted into measured data in consideration of the sensor property data.
