PURPOSE: An apparatus for monitoring collapse is provided to monitor an avalanche of rocks and earth and the collapse of a track by sensing a force applied to a wire through a contact sensor including an insulator connected to a wire. CONSTITUTION: Wires(110,120,130) are fixed to a point with a first side. A second side is connected to an insulator. A contact sensor(141,142,143) is connected to the wire through an insulator. The contact sensor includes a first ground surface and a second ground surface. An alarm signal unit(150) generates an alarm signal corresponding to the contact sensor when the contact sensor is on. A photographing unit(160) photographs the section corresponding to the contact sensor and generates the photographing data when the contact sensor is on. A controller(170) transmits the alarm signal and the photographing data to an outer server.
