HARDMETAL CEMENTED CARBIDE TOOLS AND ITS PRODUCING METHOD

PURPOSE: A cemented carbide tool and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve hardness maintenance rate at high temperature by preventing cracks from being generated on a silicon carbide surface. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cemented carbide tool comprises following steps. A cemented carbide tool of cemented carbide material is prepared. Polycarbosilane solution is spread on the whole or a part of the cemented carbide tool. The cemented carbide tool is firstly heat-treated at 200~400°C. The cemented carbide tool firstly heat-treated is secondly heat-treated at 600~ 1000°C.
