An intermittent air discharge device 10 having a main valve 11 and a pilot valve 12, the main valve 11 being operated to a discharge state and a discharge-stopped state. The pilot valve 12 is operated to an air supply state for supplying air to a discharging pilot chamber 33, and an air-supply-stopped state. When the pilot valve 12 is switched to the air-supply-stopped state, an exhaust channel 45 is communicated with the discharging pilot chamber 33. A supply/exhaust channel 57 causes a supply channel 20 to be communicated with the discharging pilot chamber 33 and an air-supply-stopping pilot chamber 54 when the pilot valve 12 is in the air supply state, and blocks communication with the supply channel 20 when the pilot valve 12 is in the air-supply-stopped state. The air discharge flow rate of the discharging pilot chamber 33 is set by the exhaust channel 45, and the air discharge flow rate in the air-supply-stopping pilot chamber 54 is set by the supply/exhaust channel 57. |
