A nanopore element comprises: a nanopore structure provided with a nanopore having an inlet hole and an outlet hole through which a tested object is passed; and one pair of first electrodes and second electrodes, which are separately provided between the inlet hole and the outlet hole and of which an end portion is exposed to the inside of the nanopore, so as to measure a current flowing through the inside of the nanopore.
