One embodiment of the present invention relates to an organic light-emitting device comprising a compensation resistance unit which is electrically connected to an auxiliary electrode and adjusts the amount of electrical current applied to each pixel unit to the level of voltage applied to a pixel unit in which the largest voltage drop occurs. The organic light-emitting device can maintain excellent brightness uniformity even when implemented in a large-area device. |
