The present invention addresses the problem of providing a liftable and lowerable drawer device configured so that an article within a drawer can be easily taken out thereof. This liftable and lowerable drawer device (1) is provided with: a drawer (2) received in a housing (11) so that the drawer (2) can be pulled out of and moved back into the housing (11); a pull-out device (3); and a lifting and lowering device (4). The pull-out device (3) enables the drawer (2), which has been received in the housing (11), to be horizontally pulled out forward (F) a predetermined distance. The lifting and lowering device (4) enables the drawer (2), which has been pulled out the predetermined distance, to be lifted along a lifting and lowering path up to the upper end position of the lifting and lowering path.
